San Diego, California
A few weeks ago, I got the chance to go back to one of my favorite places – San Diego. It had been my home in the past and I was glad to show my friend around town. One of the things I realized while I was on that quick weekend trip was that I had been coming to San Diego almost every year and more often than not those visits happen during the cool winter months. It is during these times when the beaches are not crowded, and I can really enjoy the serenity it gives me. I guess it’s one of the reasons why people want to move to California. It’s summer all year round. Here are the photos from my trips down South.

What a great taste of San Diego today as I get ready to really start planning my first trip there. I’ll be visiting in August as the last city on a road trip along the Pacific Coast and I can’t wait! I especially liked your second from the last photo. I soooo want to walk along a beach like that when I’m there.
the majority of my family live in SD, and i try to get there a couple of times a year (and hopefully relocating from the UK this year). its amazing. I love Scripps Pier too!
