Machu Picchu, Perú
About 3 miles outside of Machu Picchu lies the town where overpriced food, souvenirs and hotels are located. Well, at least for Peruvian standards. Yet in this tiny town is where a lot of tourists end up either starting their Machu Picchu visit or ending their multi-day hikes. And after Inca Trail and exploring the sacred grounds, we got to walk around this town before heading back to Cusco.
