If there’s one thing I’m not afraid of, it’s probably heights. From since as long as I can remember, I have been flying from one country to another and being in the window seat is my favorite. Seeing and feeling the plane taking off and then landing on a totally different place, it just gives me a lot of excitement, a thrilling feeling of new adventures and experiences.
A few years ago before Facebook was even popular, I took a big jump – 13,000 feet above Californian Dessert. Then, in 2010, I did the highest bungee jump in the world – in Macao. In 2012, I was in San Diego and had seen paragliders in the distance while we were hiking. Didn’t take too to decide whether I’m going to do it or not when my friend asked me if I wanted to join her.
Paragliding is a lot more relaxed than skydiving or bungee jumping. At least for me. Once you are already in the sky, you just float away… I pictured myself doing it on my own while reading a book. Not the safest way to do it but that’s just how serene it felt. And with the Pacific Ocean just beneath you, there’s no other place I could imagine doing it over.

That looks like so much fun, I’d totally be up for that! I love heights, I just like to be able to see everything!
The view is definitely pretty from high above!
