Bruxelles, Belgique
We originally wanted to do a chocolate pilgrimage in Paris but since Brussels is an easy hour and half train ride away, we went to Belgium exactly for that. After sightseeing, Belgian waffles and coffee to keep us warm, we hurried, basically sprinted to the other side of town, to get to our Chocolate workshop on time. Because we signed up for the Saturday workshop, there were a lot of excited children, parents, and tourists like us. The animator first showed us how chocolates were made from scratch, divided us in 2 big groups then 2 smaller groups, then we get to do the fun part. Decorating our chocolate bars and pralines. This was a ‘cheaper’ workshop as the other one we found was more for serious people willing to shell out 400 Euros. We kept our money, so we can purchase more chocolates to take home instead. (Guilty of shipping home boxful of chocolates after this – Me )

Having lived in Belgium for two years now, I’m yet to try this. I do like the chocolate, but no matter how good it gets here, I always think of Cadbury’s to remind me of home.
You just made me crave for some Cadbury’s right now! Thanks for the comments!
