From the time that I first moved to San Diego, I knew that I will come back to live here again.
I first moved to San Diego in January of 2011 and in a short time of 3 months, I fell in love with the city. I had a pretty laid back life – running around my neighborhood or driving down to my favorite beach, taking dance lessons or having some good sushi dinner with friends. I had to move to Washington DC but after 7 months, I was back in SD.
My second San Diego experience was different, my friends have moved but I met new amazing people. Spanish classes replaced taco tuesdays and sushi dinners, Saturday sleep-ins were replaced by early morning hikes. Not bad at all.
Although it’s been a while since I moved out of the city again, I find myself coming back a few times. And everytime I go, I feel content and happy and like I was home. ❤
